Website Terms
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of the We Are Friday website. We Are Friday is the trading name of Friday Promotions Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10395156. Registered office: Trinity House, 6 Clements Court, Clements Lane, Ilford, England, IG1 2QY.
1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about Friday, our services, work, research and thinking. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use it unlawfully. You must not use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scripts to extract, harvest, reproduce or compile website content or data without our prior written permission, whether or not that activity disrupts the service. This restriction does not prevent ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility tools, or other automated access that we expressly authorise.
2. Our content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original content, including copy, design, research presentations, graphics, analysis, recommendations, frameworks, reports, illustrations and Friday Insights materials, are owned by or licensed to Friday Promotions Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove attribution or present Friday material as your own. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the website, commercially exploit our content, create a competing database from it, use automated extraction to compile our research, or republish our research or proprietary materials without permission.
Where a report or page contains its own licence, citation instruction or usage terms, those specific terms take priority for that material.
3. Research, insights and illustrative material
Friday publishes research, analysis, commentary and illustrative examples to inform understanding and decision-making. Research reflects the scope, sample, methods, timing, sources, assumptions and limitations stated with the relevant work.
Friday Insights interface demonstrations, dashboards, illustrative audience segments, scenarios, sample datasets, visualisations and prototype outputs are examples unless expressly identified as real research or client data. They should not be interpreted as live client information, universal audience findings or guaranteed outcomes.
Our content is not legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice. Organisations should consider their own circumstances and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.
4. Client work and third-party material
Case studies may describe work undertaken for clients and may include client names, logos, campaign materials, quotations, public information and project results. Client names, logos and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Friday retains rights in our own analysis, recommendations, research, methodologies and proprietary frameworks unless the relevant client agreement provides otherwise. Inclusion on this website does not transfer third-party rights or override the terms of a client agreement.
5. Accuracy, availability and warranties
We take reasonable care over the website, but information can become outdated and the website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. We may update, suspend or remove content without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that general website content will be complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. External links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Links are provided for convenience and context. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Friday is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, third-party websites, or temporary unavailability of the website. If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill arising from use of the website.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice and Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice explain how we handle personal information and website technologies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer in another part of the United Kingdom.
